Our location
Our modern, purpose-built premises are located on the edge of Saltwell Park in Gateshead, next to Saltwell Crematorium and opposite Saltwell Cemetery.
This peaceful and private location provides a calm and tranquil environment for our Chapel of Rest and allows you to visit us without the added stress of a busy high street.
Parking is available on the street next to Regent Funeral Services and in the car parks inside Saltwell Park. Please contact us if you require special access.

Public transport information
Three buses stop right outside Saltwell crematorium (opens new window), just two-minutes' walk from the funeral home.
- Go North East, number 69 - Wardley to Winlaton
- Go North East, number 29 - Gateshead Interchange to Kibblesworth
- Go North East, number 28A - Eldon Square to Chester-le-Street
In addition, the 53 and 54 Go North East Services from Newcastle Central Station and Monument via Gateshead Interchange to Saltwell Park stop 5-10 minutes' walk away from the funeral home.
