Coping with loss
Coping with the loss of a loved one is tough no matter what the circumstances. You may feel alone but it is important to remember that there are organisations and charities that can help if you feel that you aren't coping with your emotions or you feel that grief is affecting your daily life.
While all of these organisations and charities are well respected in their field, Regent Funeral Services does not have direct relationships with them and is not responsible for the advice they give.
